Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Heavy Equipment for Rechanneling/Dredging/Declogging of Waterways: One (1) unit Barge
1) The Municipality of San Jose, through the 70% MDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 2, 250, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Heavy Equipment for Rechanneling/Dredging/Declogging of Waterways: One (1) unit Barge / sjom-goods-0052-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days upon receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
