Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALAGTAS
1. The Municipality of Balagtas, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (₱ 6, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT FOR THE MUNCIPALITY OF BALAGTAS (PB 03-01-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Balagtas now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT FOR THE MUNCIPALITY OF BALAGTAS (PB 03-01-2026). The provision of services is required for a total period of Forty-Five (45) working days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II - Instructions to Bidders.
