Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROJECT:
Procurement of Heavy Equipment
ITB #: 2026-089
The Municipal Government of Kasibu, through the Supplemental Budget No. 2, 2025 (C.O.) intends to
apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos (₱7, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT with ITB #: 2026-089. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipal Government of Kasibu now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF HEAVY
EQUIPMENT using the Lowest Calculated Bid. Delivery of the Goods is required with in 30 days after
receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 50% of the ABC with in 10 years
from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail”
criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
