Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Heavy Duty Equipment for Rechanneling / Dredging / Declogging of Waterways: Backhoe
1) The Municipality of San Jose, through the 70% MDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos Only (₱ 10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Heavy Duty Equipment for Rechanneling / Dredging / Declogging of Waterways: Backhoe / sjom-goods-0024-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Most Economically Advantageous and Responsive Bid (MEARB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 days upon receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
