1.The Provincial Government of Zambales, through the 5% LDRRMF C.Y. 2023 (continuing appropriation) intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Pesos (P 12, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Heavy-Duty Equipment (Procurement of Rescue Vehicle with built-in extrication tool and device for enhanced capability during response operations in the Province of Zambales)/Goods 53-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
