Description : The Bureau of Customs (BOC) through the authorized appropriations under the CY
2025 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum Twenty-Six Million
Seven Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Pesos (PhP26, 768, 000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Procurement of
Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)-Type Benefit”. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The BOC, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites technically,
legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.
3. The procurement procedure for this procurement project is Negotiated Procurement due
to two (2) failed biddings pursuant to Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules
and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the
"Government Procurement Reform Act", including Annex "H" thereof.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or
