The Department of Education (DepEd) DIVISION OF LEYTE, through Government of the Philippines (GOP) under FY 2026 - General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 590, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Health Cards for Learners (29, 500 pcs). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1) The Department of Education (DepEd) DIVISION OF LEYTE now invites bids for Procurement of Health Cards for Learners (29, 500 pcs). Delivery of the Goods is required THIRTY (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
