INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF HCI SOFTWARE AND SERVICE (EPA 2026)
IB NO. 2026-022
1) The Tondo Medical Center, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Four Thousand Pesos (₱ 504, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of HCI Software and Service (EPA 2026) under IB No. 2026-022. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Tondo Medical Center now invites bids for Procurement of HCI Software and Service (EPA 2026) under IB No. 2026-022. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified in Section VI Schedule of requirements. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
