1) The Municipal Government of Naic through its 2026 GENERAL FUND/MENRO intend to apply the sum of
THIRTEEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 13, 440, 000.00) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF
HAULING SERVICES FOR THE DISPOSAL OF RESIDUAL WASTE WITHIN THE FY 2026, this
municipality. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Naic now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF HAULING SERVICES
FOR THE DISPOSAL OF RESIDUAL WASTE WITHIN THE FY 2026. Bidders should have completed a
similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC within three (3) year from the date of submission and
