The City Government of Sto. Tomas, Batangas through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors to apply for eligibility, and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder project:

For contracts involving delivery of goods (services):
Prospective bidders should have experience undertaking a similar project within the last five (5) years with an amount of at least 25% of the proposed project for bidding. Dispose the garbage collected in a DENR accredited garbage disposal facility, CATEGORY FOUR (4). The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
