Description : INVITATION TO BID
1. The Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority, through the General Appropriation Act of the Bangsamoro 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Thousand pesos (6, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Hardware and Software for Geographic Information System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority now invites bids for Procurement of Hardware and Software for Geographic Information System (GIS). The award shall be given to the bidder with the Most Advantageous Responsive Bid (MEARB) following the procedures under Section 61 and 63 of the IRR of R.A. No. 12009. Delivery of the Goods is required within the delivery period stated in Section VI Schedule of Requirements of the Bidding Documents.
