Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. National Tenderer must submit an updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate and TIN certificate as per mentioned in ITT clause 22. Foreign tenderers must submit Trade license or certificate of incorporation (as applicable).2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services shall be supported by Certificate of Incorporation or Trade License; the years shall be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.3. The satisfactory completion of supply of equipment/Spare parts/consumables to any Government-owned organization or Power Station a minimum of USD 40, 000.00 (USD Forty Thousand) Only or equivalent amount under maximum 02 (two) contracts in the last 05 (Five) years; the years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Among the mentioned contracts, at least 01 (One) contract must involve importing the delivered goods from abroad amounting not less than USD 20, 000.00 (USD Twenty Thousand) Only or equivalent.4. The minimum amount of credit facility is USD 35, 000.00 (USD Thirty-Five Thousand Only) or Euro 33, 000.00 (Thiry-Three Thousand Only) or BDT 43, 00, 000.00 (Bangladeshi Taka Forty-Three Lakh Only) from any scheduled bank.5. The Tenderer shall submit an authorization certificate from the manufacturer or authorized sole distributor of Manufacturer or manufacturer-s Sales office (if located outside the manufacturer-s country) in the Letter format (Form ePG4-5).6. The tenderer shall submit test report of offered filters. The test report must specify dust holding capacity, filtration efficiency, pressure drop, arrestance and other performance criteria in compliance with the EN779:2012 or any other equivalent method.
