The Municipality of Magallanes, Cavite, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under MCPC-GF intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Two Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos (PHP 302, 940.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for GROCERY ITEMS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM FOR FIFTEEN (15) CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS (CDCs). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
