INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF GROCERY ITEMS, FOOD COMMODITIES AND BEVERAGES FOR DOLE KASAMA PROGRAM
1. The Local Government Unit of Zumarraga, Samar, through the Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Sixty Five Pesos and 00/100 only (P483, 065.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Grocery Items, Food Commodities and Beverages for DOLE KASAMA Program (2026-035 GOODS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Zumarraga, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for ten (10) Calendar days. Bidders maybe new or should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
