INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF GROCERY ITEMS AND FOOD COMMODOTIES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING PROGRAM
1. The Local Government Unit of Zumarraga, Samar, through the Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos and 00/100 only (P2, 700, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Grocery Items and Food Commodities for Supplemental Feeding Program (2026-031 GOODS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Zumarraga, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for Five (5) Calendar days for every tranche in 6 tranches. Bidders maybe new or should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
