1) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center, through the 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) / Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Thirty-One Million Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Philippine Peso Only (Php31, 375, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for under IB#2026-07-034. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each line item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for Procurement of Goods: Supply and Delivery of Various Orthopedic Implants through Framework Agreement using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as procurement strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required ten (10) calendar days from receipt of Call-Off.
