1) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 / Hospital Income 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Philippine Peso Only (Php5, 968, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for under IB#2026-05-022. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot and/or line items shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for Procurement of Goods: Supply and Delivery of Various Nuclear Medicine Radioactive Materials through Framework Agreement . Delivery of the Goods is required within ten (10) calendar days after issuance of a Call-Off or any date as determined by the PE.
