PROCUREMENT OF GOODS FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
VARIOUS DRUGS AND MEDICINES
UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
1) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) / Drugs and Medicines Fund intends to apply the sum of Eighty Seven Million Six Hundred Thirty Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Three Pesos Only (Php 87, 630, 583.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot and line items. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the Procurement of Goods for the Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines under Framework Agreement under IB No. 2026-05-021 using Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as procurement strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required within ten (10) calendar days after issuance of a Call-Off.
