1. The Municipal Government of Akbar, through the LGSF-FALGU-TRUST FUND 2026, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (P 4, 999, 600.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for supply and delivery of 8, 260 Sacks of Rice (10kilos/Sack) for the LGSF Rice Distribution Program, Municipality of Akbar, Basilan
2. The Municipal Government of Akbar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days from the receipt of the notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
