1. The Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Semirara, Caluya, Antique, through the Annual Budget 2022 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Sixty Thousand pesos (2, 060, 000.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Goods; Supply and Delivery of One (1) van as donation to Philippine National Police- Antique Maritime Police Station, ITB No. PB2024-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
