INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF GOODS
1. The Municipality of Nasugbu, through the Local Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Trust Fund (LDRRMTF) intends to apply the sum of ₱6, 100, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Beach Tractor Equipment and One (1) Unit Beach Surf Rake requested by Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office, Nasugbu, Batangas, IB No. 24 - 45. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Nasugbu, Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required in six (6) Months. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
