Description : 1) The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources-Regional Fisheries Office I (BFAR-RFO I), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (P 6, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Fabrication and Installation of Single Floater Seaweed Cage with Inverter Conical Post with Project ID No. ITB No. 2026-09. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BFAR RFO I now invites bids for the labor and materials for the fabrication and installation of three (3) units single floater for seaweed cage with inverter conical post. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required within sixty (60) calendar days as specified in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
