1. The Office of the Barangay Katipunan of Tapaz intends to apply the sum Seventy Four Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Five pesos Only (74, 845) .00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of goods for construction of kitchen facility at Birthing Clinic of Brgy. Katipunan Tapaz, Capiz with ID No. 2026-140-G- Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Katipunan of Tapaz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. is required by 20 Days after the actual receipt of Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order.
