1.The Barangay RIZAL, Sogod, Southern Leyte, through the Barangay Local Funds 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (220, 200.00)) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Goods (CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay RIZAL, Sogod, Southern Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Thirty (30) Calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
