Description : 1. The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources-Regional Fisheries Office I (BFAR RFO I), through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 (GAA 2025) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Three Thousand Forty Pesos (P 2, 303, 040.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the procurement of goods and services for the fabrication and delivery of fiberglass reinforced plastic motorized fishing boats for CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BFAR RFO I now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within seventy five (75) calendar days as indicated in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
