The Department of Education Schools Division of Ormoc City through the FY 2026 Government Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THREE PESOS ONLY(P2, 319, 653.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Goods - Printing and Delivery of Reading Materials for Key Stage 1 Learners.
1) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Education Schools Division of Ormoc City now invites bids for Procurement of Goods - Printing and Delivery of Reading Materials for Key Stage 1 Learners using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) criteria of award for the project.
