Invitation to Bid for PROCUREMENT OF GOAT (DOE & BUCK).

1.The Municipality of Cateel, through the Annual Budget of Calendar year 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thirty thousand Pesos Only (P 630, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Goat (Doe & Buck). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.

2.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
