The EW Romanshorn cooperative (EWR) intends to renew its existing GIS solution. The subject is the procurement and introduction of a new, maintainable and future-proof GIS standard solution for mapping the water, electricity and fiber optic cadastral (without logic; the logic is used as option 1 advertised).
The solution is intended to be operated on the EEA's existing IT infrastructure and either as a web application or as a locally installed one Application can be used. The goal is a standardized, updateable architecture with minimal customization.
The order includes:
* Delivery, Installation and configuration of the software
* Complete migration of existing Oracle data (geometry, attributes, relations, symbolization, etc.)
* Training and commissioning
* Maintenance, support and advice over four years
Option 2 is the extension of maintenance, support and advice planned for a further six years (ten years in total).
