Description : The Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology (NMSCST), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) for Goods and Services, intends to procure Geodetic Services through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement (Section 53.9) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184 for the project “Procurement of Geodetic Services for the Tilting and Survey of NMSCST Campus” with RFQ No. 26IGFSVP06-17-G, located at Labuyo, Tangub City.
The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 600, 000.00). Any bid or quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
Interested suppliers shall submit their duly accomplished quotations, together with all required eligibility and technical documents as specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ), on or before July 23, 2026, at 9:00 A.M.
