1) The Municipal Government of Dumaran, Palawan, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum One Million One Hundred Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php. 1, 111, 750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of 1 unit Generator Set and the sum of Three Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (Php. 364, 710.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract for Supply and Delivery of materials for Construction of Powerhouse. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
