1. The City Government of Palayan, through the 5% CALAMITY FUND intends to apply the sum of (Php599, 309.68) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Generator Set and UPS for the Palayan City Evacuation Center and Multi-Purpose Facility, Various Schools and Emergency Operation Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening.
