INVITATION TO BID
The LGU CALABANGA, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS-registered suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:
Name of Project: PROCUREMENT OF HARDWARE MATERIALS FOR PROPOSED COMFORT ROOM AT DIFFERENT BARANGAYS
Approved Budget For the Contract : P1, 500, 000.00
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

The foregoing bidding activities shall be conducted at the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office, Market site, San isidro, Calabanga, Camarines Sur. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Office of the BAC Chairman, Market site, San isidro, Calabanga, Camarines Sur.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested PhilGEPS-registered Bidders during office hours on July 13-25, 2018 up to 9:00 am upon payment LGU Calabanga Authorized Collection Officer of a non-refundable amount equivalent to FiveThousand Pesos (P5, 000.00) to the LGU Calabanga-Cashier. For agents or representatives of interested bidders, in order to acquire bidding documents, they shall present the original copy of the current mayor-s permit/PhilGEPS registration certificate and Special Power of Attorney issued by the principal-contractor. Late bids shall not be accepted.
The LGU Calabanga reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at anytime prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
