Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Tenderers shall have valid Trade Licenses, TIN certificates, VAT Registration, Updated Income Tax and VAT Certificates, and Bank Solvency Certificates.b) Tenderers shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.c) The minimum specific experience shall be, as a Supplier in the supply of similar Goods such as Laboratory Chemicals in a single contract successfully completed in the Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies within the last 3 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 20 (Twenty) lakhs.(d) Manufacturer-s Authorization Letters are required from Manufacturers for the item no. 01 to 30. The Authorization Letters must be directly issued by the Manufacturers to the Procuring Entity (PE).(e)Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and MSDS of the chemicals.(f)Copy of Catalogue/ Brochure of the chemicals from the manufacturers.(g)Valid Acid Selling and Import License.
