Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF GAS, OIL AND LUBRICANTS FOR USE AT THE CONCEPCION DISTRICT HOSPITAL (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY C.Y. 2024)
1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Gas, Oil and Lubricants for use at the Concepcion District Hospital (Early Procurement Activity C.Y. 2024)/ B-G-2024-040. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as ordered for a period of three (3) months. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
