Description : The Municipality of Gen. Mariano Alvarez, Cavite, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites prospective suppliers to apply to bid for the following contract:



Contract Name : Procurement of Garbage Hauling Services

Procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act", and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).



To bid for the contract, a bidder must meet the following criteria: (a) Must be PhilGEPS-registered, with valid Mayor-s/Business Permit, and compliance with tax clearance and financial documents required under the bidding documents; and (b) Must have completed at least one (1) similar contract within the last 2 years with a value of at least 50% of the ABC.



The BAC shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the eligibility check and preliminary examination of bids.
