• The bidder or its duly recognized affiliate under the same ownership and business name must possess active ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) certifications, all of which must be valid and relevant to its business operations
• The bidder must be an authorized dealer of the manufacturer to ensure adequate technical expertise in maintenance and repair, prompt and reliable warranty support and the supply of genuine units sourced directly from the manufacturer.
• The supplier shall deliver the unit onsite to the Official Station, Municipal Building, Poblacion, Santa Fe, Romblon, at no additional cost to the Procuring Entity
