INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF GARBAGE COMPACTOR TRUCK
The Municipality of Burgos, Ilocos Sur, through the 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of PhP8, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract, Garbage Compactor Truck, GDS 2026-041. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Burgos, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using the Public Bidding mode of procurement. Delivery of the goods is required within 30 cds. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA 12009.
