Description : 1) The Local Government Unit of Siay (LGU-SIAY), through the Budget Approved by the Sanggunian year 2006 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Forty One Thousand Pesos Only (P 441, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Galvanized Tent White Color 3m x 4m. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Siay (LGU-SIAY) now invites bids for Procurement of Galvanized Tent White Color 3m x 4m using the Life cycle Assessment and Life cycle Cost Analysis. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty days (30) Calendar Days After Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2-Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
