The procurement item includes: Delivery, configuration and productive introduction of standard software for the management and analysis of urban supply networks. The industry models for electricity, water, gas and district heating as well as a WebGIS component must be complete integrated and the existing data can be migrated without loss. The GIS solution is provided as a cloud infrastructure as part of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model with an appropriate level of data protection. In addition to the introduction included Training and documentation, technical operation, ongoing maintenance and support for administrators are also included in the scope of services.
