Description : The Local Government of Tabuk City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites manufacturers/distributors/suppliers.

All particulars to the procurement process and contract implementation shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Quotation Forms are now available at the BAC-Secretariat and upon payment of a non-refundable amount to the Tabuk City Treasurer's Office. Quotations are evaluated on a lot basis. Price quotation is valid for 30 CD after bid opening.

Submit your Bid Forms, Price Schedule, Bid Security, Philgeps Registration (Platinum), Omnibus Sworn Statement, in a sealed envelope per project to the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before the closing date (stated above) at the BAC Conference Room, City General Services Office, Tabuk City Hall, Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City.

The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) reserves the right to reject any and/or all quotation or part thereof, or to waive formality therein and/or to accept the quotation as may be considered most advantageous to the Local Government Unit of Tabuk.
