The Department of Education, Division of Batanes, through its Office of the Schools Division Superintendent (OSDS) intends to procure and hereby invites local contractors who can submit their best offer for the “Procurement of fuels, oils and lubricants” for CY 2026 in accordance with Section 34 (Small Value Procurement ) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
