The Municipality of Banaybanay, through its 2026 Annual Budget, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (₱3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of Fuel Supply for LGU Operations (Solicitation Number: GOODS-5-2026-004).
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Delivery of the goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
