PROCUREMENT OF FUEL OF SMALL AND HEAVY EQUIPMENTS OF PEO
1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF MAGUINDANAO DEL SUR, through the Annual Budget for Calendar Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Sixty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Five and Fifty Two Centavos (Php20, 068, 965.52) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the above stated project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF MAGUINDANAO DEL SUR now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT. Delivery of the Goods in Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (instruction to Bidders).
