Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF FUEL & OIL FOR THE USE OF SBO
1) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point, through the 2026 Appropriation Ordinance intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Seven Pesos and Eighty-Four Centavos (₱494, 697.84) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Fuel & Oil for the use of SBO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point now invites bids for Procurement of Fuel & Oil for the use of SBO using the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB). Delivery of the Goods is required sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
