1) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point, through the 2026 Appropriation Ordinance intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Seventy Pesos and Twelve Centavos (₱3, 272, 070.12) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF FUEL & OIL FOR MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING OFFICE USE, BROOKE-S POINT, PALAWAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF FUEL & OIL FOR MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING OFFICE USE, BROOKE-S POINT, PALAWAN using the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB). Delivery of the Goods is required ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
