INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF FUEL, OIL & LUBRICANTS
1. The Municipality of Boljoon, through the MAYOR-S OFFICE (MO) (Fuel and Lubricants 2026), intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (P 5, 310, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF FUEL, OIL & LUBRICANTS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Boljoon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days after the issuance of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 365 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
