The City Government of Isabela, Basilan, intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT PESOS ONLY (₱5, 499, 888.00) for PROCUREMENT OF FUEL, OIL AND LUBRICANT FOR OCM.
