Procurement of fuel for the needs of Croatian waters The subject of this procedure is the procurement of fuel for the needs of Hrvatske vode, in accordance with the Price List and other required conditions indicated in this Procurement Documentation. The subject of the purchase are the mentioned propellants for motor vehicles in accordance with the approximate quantities specified in the Cost Schedule. The bidder is obliged to offer and deliver the goods in question in such a way that they correspond to everything stated in the procurement documentation and the cost estimate. The economic entity is obliged to offer the object of procurement in the manner determined by this Procurement Documentation, and the quality of the fuel corresponds to the quality of liquid petroleum fuels and other valid regulations in force at the time of delivery to the Client, and the same should be in accordance with all the requirements stated in this Procurement documentation, applicable laws, regulations and rules of the profession.
