Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php4, 200, 000.00) representing the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Fuel Fleet Card Services of DA-MIMAROPA for CY2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required in four (4) months. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
