Description : PROCUREMENT OF FUEL FOR CY 2026

1. The Puerto Princesa City Water District, through the Corporate Budget for the Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million One Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Three Pesos & 40/100 (Php20, 179, 953.40) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Fuel for CY 2026 [Goods-2025-018]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Puerto Princesa City Water District now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activity of the above Project. Delivery of the Goods is required is within one (1) year after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
